Red Cross Speakers The Pine Belt Chapter of the American Red Cross has speakers available to help local families prepare for disaster situations. Current emphasis for groups of senior citizens or anyone who did not receive the disaster preparedness information a year ago through school distributions in Jones, Jasper, Smith & Wayne counties.
